1. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed on our website cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery.

2. Complaints and Grievances

If you have any complaints or grievances regarding your order or product delivery, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the order.

To process your request effectively:

  • Kindly share a package opening video
  • If products are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please reach out to us immediately

This helps us take prompt and suitable action to resolve the issue.

3. Delivery Status

For any issues related to the delivery status of your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Refunds and Returns

Only products that are defective or damaged are eligible for return, within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

  • In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement.
  • If a refund is preferred, it will be processed through our payment partner within 15 working days.

  • Images or videos showing the condition of the product

5. Coreeat Wallet Terms & Conditions (If applicable)

  • Cashback or store credit is available to all users under ongoing promotional offers.
  • Cashback is valid for 90 days from the date of credit, as per RBI guidelines.
  • Cashback cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotional offers.
  • The maximum cashback that can be earned is ₹2500.
  • You can redeem 30% of your available cashback, up to a maximum of ₹1000 per transaction.
  • In case of order cancellation or refund, any awarded cashback will be revoked.
  • For refunds involving used cashback or partial returns, our refund policy will apply.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation of cashback benefits.
  • This offer is governed by Coreeat’s general Terms of Use.

6. International Shipping (If applicable)

  • International orders usually reach customers within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated per kilogram and are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipments may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Tax, VAT, or other local government taxes, payable by the customer. Coreeat is not liable to cover these charges.
  • These taxes are not included in the shipping charge shown at checkout.
  • All international orders are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted for international deliveries.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct items/products are ordered.
