Refund & Return Policy

At Coreeat, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase on www.coreeat.in.

Eligibility for Returns

Only products that are defective or damaged upon delivery are eligible for return.
All return requests must be reported within 4 working days from the date of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at coreeatfoods@gmail.com with your order details and evidence of the issue, such as:

  • Images or videos showing the damaged or defective product
  • Delivery confirmation message/image

We will arrange a replacement within 5-10 working days, based on the situation.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be credited through our payment partner within 15 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

International orders and non-defective products are not eligible for returns or refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct items are ordered.
