GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using your original method of payment.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are currently available for delivery only to addresses within India.
Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery estimates are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
We do not ship our products on Sundays or on public holidays.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to deliver your order within 5–7 business days from the date of order. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary depending on shipping carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Some items may be shipped in separate packages.
SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Orders (within India):
- Shipping is free on all orders of ₹799 or more.
- For orders below ₹799, a standard shipping fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
International Orders:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for bulky/heavy items. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Sales tax (GST) is charged according to the location to which the product is shipped, as per government regulations.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately at coreeatfoods@gmail.com with photos and order details.
We will assess the issue and ensure that it is resolved promptly—either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
